Colleen DeCourcy is Chief Marketing Officer at Sonos, where she leads global brand, product marketing, creative, media, and communications. She oversees how the company shows up in the world — connecting innovation in sound to culture, creativity, and everyday life. Her remit spans brand strategy, go-to-market, storytelling, and customer engagement across markets.
Prior to Sonos, Colleen served as Chief Creative Officer at Snap Inc., guiding global creative strategy and evolving how Snapchat expressed its value to users and partners.
Before Snap, she was President and Chief Creative Officer of Wieden+Kennedy. Under her enterprise leadership, the independent agency experienced significant global growth and cultural influence, producing defining work for brands including Nike, McDonald’s, KFC, Anheuser-Busch, Ford, Visa, and Airbnb. During her tenure, the agency created landmark campaigns such as Nike’s Dream Crazy and You Can’t Stop Us, shaping the tone of modern brand storytelling.
Colleen was named Adweek’s Creative Leader of the Decade (2010–2019). In 2022, she received the Cannes Lions Lion of St Mark for lifetime achievement in creativity — the 11th recipient in the festival’s history and only the second woman to be honored.
